Join, Spirit Paris McIntyre, for a free workshop on celebrating our QTIBIPOC bodies, Spirits, and lives. Spiritual shapewear is a highly personalized, values-based structure that fiercely contours one's life. It sculpts self-governance, accountability, devotion and grace; ultimately enhancing one's natural abilities, gifts, and purpose to create a more aligned life.
In this interactive workshop attendees will assess the current state of their spiritual shapewear through: grounding activities, storytelling, laughter, time travel and more. Attendees will leave this workshop with a tailored spiritual garment and tangible tools for maintaining its fit over time.
